Funding Source: St. Luke Foundation Requesting an exemption to the RFP process for toxicology related services required for the Department of Children and Family Services (CCDCFS). The amount of the contract is notto-exceed $288, An Exemption is needed for the following reason(s): The MetroHealth System has provided this service to CCDCFS since July 1, 2009 and we want to continue to support another county agency that has provided superior services throughout this agreement. Also, the value in using the MetroHealth System is it is cost effective, their locations (sites east and west for collection) are convenient for our clients, they provide excellent service, automated timely results, and lastly our clientele is very familiar and comfortable with this provider.
