Plan Development Facilitate planning process Engage community leaders in the planning process Goals and strategies include: Energy Efficiency Renewables Business Operations (billing, payment, online access) 2. Implementation Support Configure & communicate unique program with XE programs and community resources Provide project management resources to assist in implementing tactics Support tracking and promotion through community specific web site, advertising and public events Reward goal achievement Define resource commitments through Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs).
