Business plan The business plan must include at least the following aspects: - detailed description of the project, including the innovative aspect; - detailed description of the target clientele and methods used to obtain these objectives (market analysis and perspective, marketing plan, allocated budget); - analysis of the competition; - tourism impacts and benefits of the project; (for example: lengthening of the tourist season, diversification of the concerned region s products/servicecs, bundling or networking, increased number of overnight stays, benefits in regards to employment creation and consolidation); - presentation of the proponent and their team; - financial package. Financial statements for the last two completed financial exercises The balance sheet and income statement are required. Level of verification required (review engagement). Detailed provisional financial statements, for the first three years of operation (for the category of festivals and events, provisionals for the edition concerned by the application only) The provisional balance sheet and provisional income statement are required, accompanied by the hypothesis used in their preparation. The provisional financial statements must indicate, separately, the data related to the project. Letters patent or charter documents Confirmation from the Ministère de la Culture et des Communications in regards to the application or not of the project to the Politique d intégration des arts à l architecture List of authorizations, affidavits, certificates or permits required by law, regulation or other For example, Canadian Environmental Protection Act, Quebec Environment Quality Act, Land Use Planning and Development Act, Act Respecting Tourist Accommodation Establishments, etc. Specify the status of your progress (applications sent, file being processed, authorizations obtained). Copy of financial partner confirmations, if available; Resolution from the organization or the business mandating the signatory of the application for financial assistance for this program and all documents relevant to this application; Copy of tender specifications for the study or consulting-services projects, that include the following elements: - A description of the problem; - The nature of the study objectives; - The suggested methodology; - The timetable; - The deliverables.
