10 NAFTEC spa QHSE POLICY The mastery of the quality, health and safety policy by NAFTEC in this professional environment on the one hand, and the environment protection policy on the other hand, are based upon the principles of continuous improvement. This policy aims at successfully satisfying our clients, in other words no accident, no occupational injury and no environmental damage. We commit ourselves considering that our performance is a progress criterion. It involves: - Quality of products and services for clients - Implementation of preventive and remedial action - Risk identification and analysis - Identification of imaginable emergency situations and operational resources - implementation of preventive and protective actions that are necessary to reduce incident and accident occurrence in order to mitigate their consequences. - Reduction of nuisance and pollution - Safety and reliability of our procedures and facilities. We ensure that our working staff and the employees of our partners involved in our processes are well informed and adequately trained.
