Cordaro 11 Willow Street Derry, NH Kendall Pond Road; ; AR-I Variance to replace an existing 3.5 foot x 15 foot (52.5 square foot) nonconforming sign where a maximum of 6 square feet is allowed for a nonresidential use in a residential zone according to Section Larry O Sullivan made a motion to grant Case No. 5/15/ as all five points of law for a variance were met and as the Heritage Commission voiced its approval, and with the restriction that the sign is limited to fifty (50) square feet. 2 Case No.: 8/21/ Brian Micciche 59 Perkins Road Londonderry, NH Perkins Road; ; AR-I Variance to allow a storage shed accessory structure within the 40 foot front setback as restricted by Section Larry O Sullivan made a motion to grant Case No. 8/21/ with the restrictions that the structure be a 12 x 16 storage shed built to resemble a red barn, that it be no closer than 15 feet from the edge of the roadway, that it have no permanent attachment on the ground, and with the requirement that the existing trailer be removed from the property.
