REGION 3 Moline, IL (Quad Cities) September 17-21, 2018 EXHIBITOR S INFORMATION SHEET Region 3 has the number of delegates that Exhibitors look for and the appreciation for those Exhibitors that is so often lacking at other conferences. YOU are very important to us! Ask other Exhibitors about our previous conferences, dedicated Exhibitor time, skill building sessions, training and hospitality and you will want to join us in the Quad Cities as well! REGISTRATION: To register for the conference, use the online EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION on the IABTI website. The PREPAID registration fee for one/two representatives is $500.00 (550.00 if registering after September 1st. Each additional representative past 2 is $175.00 per person.. Registration includes one 8ft. draped and skirted table in a 10 ft. space, 2 chairs, power, storage and clean up. (Please specify if you prefer open space only.) If you desire a 2 nd tabletop or additional space, please indicate with a checkmark on the Exhibitor Registration form. The additional cost for a 2 nd tabletop or an additional 10 feet will be $100.00. At this time, we are unable to guarantee that we will have the space to provide you with a 2 nd table or additional space, so these requests will be based on availability as we get closer to the conference dates. Registration includes lunch, snacks, and hospitality each day you are exhibiting or instructing at the conference, and our banquet and silent auction on the Wednesday night of the conference. If your exhibitors would like to attend the WHOLE conference as a delegate as well, please add another $125.00 to the registration. WE WANT YOU THERE for those extra days but we still need to cover our expenses. SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES KNOCK!! Each year we have had many exhibitors donate money to the Region to help defray our costs and continue to bring in quality speakers. These donations have often come at the last minute, (and are most welcome) however, in order for our exhibitors to get more bang for their buck we have started a sponsorship program (more information to follow below). 1

Technology Presentation We ve been trying this at our recent conferences, and our members seem to appreciate spending some quality time with you. We want to tap into your respective skills and ability to teach for the benefit of our Region 3 members. We are planning on an Outdoor equipment display on Wednesday afternoon. Region 3 will again have a plan (i.e. the Passport System ) that will drive the members to see your exhibits as well as dedicated Exhibit/ New Technology Expo time. Utility Service fees included with registration The arena has informed us that they DO NOT have extension cords and tape, and each exhibitor should bring their own. There is no storage fee to hold your equipment. 2

The Delegate Passport is designed to encourage conference attendees to visit each booth and have the opportunity to observe / discuss the exhibitor s merchandise. Generally, the attendee will ask the exhibitor to sign his passport as evidence that he has been to their booth. The completed passports are placed in a container for a special drawing to win a prize (or prizes) which are donated by the exhibitors. The Passport drawing is generally conducted at the conference Banquet and there are, typically, several winners. The number of winners is based on the number of items donated for this special drawing. We ask that all items donated be marked with the donating individual s name and company so that we may identify who donated what. A business card securely affixed to the outside of the item is generally sufficient. Passport Draw items are displayed during the day of our exhibit visits and marked as Passport Draw items so that the attendees will know what items are available and who they were donated by. We also have a daily Raffle and a Banquet Night Silent Auction. This is a wonderful opportunity for exhibitors to draw attention to their company and their products. This can be in the form of your company s products such as HAL Kits, Disruptor Rings, Flashlights, etc. Many contributors choose to donate other products, such as a bottle of wine or a coupon for a round of Golf, instead of the products they manufacture.
