3. New Clock Hour Proposal Select the appropriate clock hour committee. If you are Olympia School District staff, choose the Olympia Committee; if you are proposing STEM clock hours choose the STEM committee; otherwise, choose the ESD 113 Clock Hour Committee. Click the Create New Proposal or Repeat Past Proposal button. 4. Title and Subtitle Items with an asterisk are required fields. Enter a title for your proposed clock hour event. 7. Tabs for Navigation Notice the tabs across the top of the page now. You will work through these tabs to complete the proposal. You may work on these items in any order. 8. Add clock hours and attendance hours Under the Hours/Objectives tab, enter the number of clock hours you are requesting. If you are also offering attendance hours, enter them in the box below. 9. Edit Objectives To add objectives to the proposal, click the "Edit Objectives" and add 3 or more objectives to your proposal. To add more than three objectives, click the "+Add Objective" at the bottom of the dialog box. Click Save when you are done. Clock Hour Proposal on pdenroller 6

11. TPEP If you are offering TPEP hours for your class, choose the criteria in the Teacher and/or Principal sections that this class will meet. Justify your selection by providing a rationale in the boxes at the bottom of each column. Clock Hour Proposal on pdenroller 8
12. Location Use the drop-down menu labeled "Primary Location" to choose a location. If your location is not in the drop-down, choose "Other" and enter it manually. 13. Adding Sessions Click "Add on-site Session" to add dates and times. Enter a description of the location (for example, room number). Click Save. Repeat this step to add additional sessions. 14. Agenda You may choose to either enter the agenda in the text box, or upload using the button below. An agenda is required in order to apply for clock hours. Clock Hour Proposal on pdenroller 10
15. Adding a Presenter To add a presenter, start typing the presenter's name. If that person has an account, his or her name will pop up. Click on it to add the name to the instructor list. If the instructor's name does not pop up, click the blue "+Create New" button. Repeat for additional presenters. 16. 17. Add Presenter Information You will see red messages indicating what is missing. Complete that missing information in order to complete the profile. Note: You may either list the presenter's experience OR upload a resume or vita. You do not need to do both. Clock Hour Proposal on pdenroller 12

19. Administrator Contact The form asks for an administrator who approved this event for clock hours. If you are entering clock hours for someone else, put their name here. If you are the person requesting the clock hours, you can fill in your contact information here. 20. Preview Clock Hour Proposal After you have entered all of the information, click on the Preview tab. This will allow you to preview the information you added, and alert you if any information is missing. Clock Hour Proposal on pdenroller 15
21. Validation Checklist The Validation Checklist at the bottom of the Preview page will show you whether you have completed all of the requirements. You will not be able to submit for approval until all errors are corrected (notice that the button is grayed out because I am missing an agenda.) Clock Hour Proposal on pdenroller 16
22. Preview Clock Hour Proposal Once the validation checklist is complete, the "Submit for Approval" button is active. Clock Hour Proposal on pdenroller 17
23. Submit for Approval Once you correct all errors and submit the collection for approval, you will see this dialog box. Click "Submit for Approval" again in order to submit this proposal to the clock hour committee. You will receive an automated email that your clock hour request has been approved.
