General objectives for the Incident: 2. /Time Prepared: 1600 EDT Objective Description Number 1 a Conduct outreach to the whole of community leaders to share FEMA program information and address concerns. 3 Conduct Access, Inform, Report (AIR) missions in Branch I and II. 9 Register all survivors affected by the disaster. 4 Conduct FEMA Inspections to determine program eligibility. 10 Provide FEMA program information and survivor case updates 11 Identify and address survivor unmet needs 7 Identify/establish Long-Term Recovery Committees in designated counties. 8 Schedule and conduct Applicant Briefings. 12 Conduct Floodplain Management Technical Assistance visits to identified communities. 6. Otherwise, mostly cloudy, with a high near 79. Monday: A 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 80. 7. General/Safety Message Vehicle Accident Reporting Vehicle accidents should be reported to the supervisor and the safety officer as soon as it is possible to do so. Seek medical attention if required and contact the police department as well, even if no injury has occurred. If possible, at the accident scene, ensure that pertinent information is gathered and photos are taken, especially if another driver is involved. The safety officer will assist with completion of the necessary forms for reporting the accident and sending to Tort Claims in Washington, DC. Always drive in a safe, defensive manner, especially if you are new to Indiana or the city you are working in. 8.
