CRITERIA SUGGESTION OF CONTENT Based on past experience, the judges have deemed the following points crucial in determining these awards: 1. There were significant obstacles to overcome for the deal to happen the more unique the obstacles, the better; 2. The broker(s) and or salesperson(s) involved made a substantial contribution to overcoming the obstacles; and 3. In doing so, the broker(s) and or salesperson(s) displayed ingenuity, creativity, or some other outside-the-box strategy or tactics. 4. Many deals are complicated, and you may want to highlight those complications. However, complications themselves are not the key ingredient here, nor is the size, price or importance of the deal. You re well-advised, within the space limitations imposed, to address the matters in the numbered paragraphs above. A concluding summary of the main points would also be useful.
