Each streamer represents an award. In addition, any single device, such as a single silver star, actually turns out to be two, since they must be embroidered on both the front and back of the streamer. The requirements for acquiring the product described herein shall consist of this specification sheet and the latest revision of MIL-DTL-14650. 2. The streamer set for the United States Marine Corps (USMC) shall consist of the streamers listed herein or as specified in procurement documents. 3. The design and size of the streamers shall be as indicated on USMC Drawing 75C5023A0000. 4. Streamers shall be constructed as indicated on USMC Drawing 75C5023A0000. 5. Letters, devices, and numbers shall be positioned on the streamer as shown on USMC Drawing 75C5023A0001. Devices shall conform to the design shown on USMC Drawing 75C5023A0001.
