Information Package Once the application and payment are received and booth assignment is confirmed, an Exhibitor s Kit will be sent to the identified contact. This package will include the rules and regulations governing the Exhibit, equipment and service order forms, as well as information regarding material handling and shipping. Exhibitors will be responsible for any costs that may be incurred as a result of their requirements. Cancellations received before March 23, 2018 will be subject to an administrative fee of 10%. Cancellations received between March 24 and June 1, 2018 will receive a refund of 50%. Cancellations after June 1, 2018 will not be refunded.
