We have the experience you need with Organ Procurement Coordinators averaging 8 years of experience or more. DonorNet Call Services: We provide night, weekend, and 24/7 on-call staffing to organ transplant programs to process and screen organ offers using your center s organ specific acceptance criteria. Overnight Triage Call Services: On-call coordinators to respond by telephone to potential organ donor referrals and develop a plan with Hospital Care Team and OPO Administration. Carries an insurance policy of $3 million and $5 million aggregate General and Professional Liability.

Family Services - Experienced Professionals trained in the evaluation of potential organ donors, family support, approaches and authorization for organ & tissue donation and conducting the Donor Risk Assessment Interview. Surgical Recovery Coordinators - Assist in the operating room set-up, as well as the preservation, packaging and distribution of organs recovered for transplantation. Able to assist recovery surgeons form your local Transplant Centers on fly-outs for organs accepted from a distant OPO. Organ Recovery Coordinators Highly experienced professionals with the ability to evaluate potential BD and DCD donors, optimize donor hemodynamics prior to organ placement and maximize organs per donor recovered and transplanted. DonorNet Organ Offers Provides night, weekend and 24/7 on-call staffing to organ transplant programs for the screening and processing of DonorNet organ offers Experienced coordinators assigned to your organ transplant center will be on-call to screen and respond to DonorNet organ offers based on your unique organ specific criteria. Your transplant program staff on-call will be contacted only for organs meeting their acceptance criteria and when they are either the primary center or first back-up. We can set up transportation for the team and keep everyone involved updated on the organ recovery and arrival times.

DonorNet Organ Offer Process Applying your center s organ specific rule-out criteria, each organ offer is evaluated. Those meeting criteria are succinctly reviewed with the surgeon or transplant coordinator for final acceptance. Provisional Yes entered into DonorNet and Onsite OPO coordinator contacted if accepted. The I proper refusal code for all declined organ offers is entered into the DonorNet system. Follow the progress of the donor case and inform everyone of organ recovery times and expected arrival times. Coordinate transportation, communications and logistics of all accepted organ offers.
