The report, at a minimum, shall include the following information: 1) The total number of students receiving scholarships. 2) A list of all schools participating in the program. 3) A list of all schools participating in the program grouped by legislative district. 4) The total student enrollment of each participating school, the number of scholarship recipients enrolled in each school, and the percentage of the total enrollment of each school represented by scholarship recipients. 5) Aggregate test result data for the scholarship recipients enrolled in each participating school.
