Forward-Leaning Severe Wx Posture Port is Closed to Inbound Traffic Order all inport vessels >500 gt to depart port. Orders will state that vessels are to be ready to be underway within 24 hours. Assess vessels on inbound pilot list. Issue orders as necessary. Order corrections to all incomplete Applications to Remain in Port. Identify coordination made between vessel and facility stakeholder and between vessel and port harbor tugs. Issue orders to have cargo hoses and loading arms drained and flanged. Conduct final assessments of Applications to Remain in Port. Scrutinize vessels which are moored near bridges. Port is Closed to All Inbound and Outbound Traffic. Bunker Handling Operations Shall Cease.
