Room 1. 10:15 10:45 Formal opening: Welcoming address by Salustiano Mato de la Iglesia, Rector of the Universidade de Vigo, Manuel Fernández Iglesias, Vice-Rector for University Extension and International Relations, and a representative from the Erasmus Mundus EACEA Team. 10:45 11:40 The participation of the Universidade de Vigo in the Erasmus Mundus actions 1, 2 and 3. Presentation of the Erasmus Mundus Green IT partnership and the Erasmus Mundus Green IT Social Network. (used for the management of the project and for all communication activities with partners, beneficiaries, etc. and for promoting ICTs in the North of Africa and Europe), Chaired by Rebeca Díaz Redondo, Green IT General Coordinator and Eva Garea Oya, Green IT Technical Coordinator. 11.40-12.00 Presentation of each consortium attending the meeting, including the offer their good practices examples (including problem solving solutions during daily management).. Chaired by Rebeca Díaz Redondo, Green IT General Coordinator and by another partnership member. 10.45 11.30 SECOND PANEL ON: Candidates eligibility, selection process organisation, selection board structure and decision taken process, how to promote cross-cutting issues during the selection, best time to publish the list of beneficiaries, communication process to beneficiaries. Chaired by Ana Fernández Vilas, Green IT Academic Coordinator and by another partnership member. 11.30-12.00 THIRD PANEL ON: Services offered by EM partnerships to beneficiaries (accommodation, language courses, volunteering service, etc.), visa issues. Chaired by Maria Piñeiro Pardal, Green IT project technician and by another partnership member.. 12.00-12.30 Coffee Break 12.30-13.30 FOURTH PANEL ON: The role of the associate members: The Erasmus Mundus Green IT Quality Plan. Academic recognition issues and new EU initiatives towards a unified grading conversion system (EGRACONS). Chaired by Rafael de Paz Urueña, Universidad de Leon. 13.30-15.30 Lunch offered by the Universidade de Vigo 15.30-16.00 FIFTH PANEL ON: General mobility organisation (how to deal with cultural differences), daily management of an Erasmus Mundus project, reports and finances, consortium networking and future initiatives, dissemination activities. Chaired by Eva Garea Oya, Green IT Technical Coordinator, and by Barbara Costa, Erasmus Mundus Coordinator at the Universidade de Porto. 16.00-16.30 SIXTH PANEL ON: The participation of the North of Africa universities in the Erasmus 4

Mundus partnerships and in other EU education projects.
