PDH CREDIT = TBD Paducah Arts Program Faced with the dilemma of a dying downtown area and adjacent neighborhoods, the City of Paducah, Kentucky embarked on a unique journey that has resulted in a vibrant downtown area and a nationally recognized neighborhood recruitment campaign. This presentation will highlight many of the successes as well as a few of the difficulties experienced by this program. Presenter: Bob Freudenthal, President-Elect of the American Public Works Association Past NCAPWA Leader s Perspectives Mentors have provided guidance to many of us in our careers and lives. Three men who have been leaders and mentors in their organizations and APWA share their insights on public works and APWA. Presenters: Pat Swann, Mayo Allen and Carl Wills have all been directors of local public works agencies and Presidents of NCAPWA. Mr. Wills is also a former National APWA President.
