PUBLIC TRANSPORT The system of public transport in Minsk includes: metro, buses, trolleybuses and trams. Tickets can be bought at the following sales points: kiosks of the "Minsktrans" branch, at the metro stations "Minsk Metro", at the post offices of "Belpochta", at the "Belsoyuzpechat" booths and at the driver in the vehicle. The metro in Minsk is small and consists of only two lines. - Moscovskaya line (blue): Uruchje - Malinovka - Avtozavodskaya line (red): Kamenaya Gorka - Mogilevskaya The bus is the most popular type of transport in Minsk. On the official website of the public transport in Minsk www.minsktrans.by, you can find out the schedule and direction of all bus routes. Buses run every day from about 5am to midnight. The ticket for one trip on ground public transport costs 60 kopecks, when buying at the driver - 65 kopecks. The metro tocken costs 65 kopecks. CURRENCY Belarusian ruble (Code: BYN) 1 EUR = 2,42 BYN.

1 USD = 1,98 BYN 1 RUB = 0,035 BYN TRANSPORTATION The organizer provides a transport from the Minsk International Airport or Central Railway Station to the official hotel and back to delegations with full hospitality package. VISAS According to the Presidential Decree, foreign citizens of 80 countries can enter Belarus for up to 5 days and exit from the territory of Belarus only through the State border checkpoint of the Republic of Belarus Minsk National Airport. The given order of visa-free movement through the airport does not extend to persons coming to Belarus by plane from the Russian Federation, as well as to those who intend to fly to the airports of the Russian Federation (such flights are considered as internal ones and do not have border control). To enter the Republic of Belarus in the visa-free regime via the checkpoint Minsk National Airport, foreign nationals must have the following documents: - a valid ordinary passport or another substituting document for traveling abroad; - financial means: at least 25 Euro (or equal amount in dollars or Belarusian rubles) for each day of stay; - medical insurance with coverage for at least 10,000 Euros that is valid at the territory of Belarus. Access to the rest area for umpires starts from March 8 th. AWARDING CEREMONY We kindly request winners, runners-up and semi-finalists to stay near the central court immediately after the end of match for the awarding ceremony. The sport clothes and footwear are mandatory. MEALS Lunch and dinner will be served at the Marriott Hotel in the Fornello restaurant. (Entry is allowed with a meal ticket only). Breakfast: 06:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. (in the hotel of staying); Lunch: 12:00 p.m. - 15:30 p.m.; Dinner: 18:30 p.m. 30 minutes after the end of last match (approx. 22:15 p.m.). DRINKING WATER Each accreditation holder will be provided with drinking water by special tickets. Water will be provided by volunteers. The room is close to the Call Area (Falcon club, 20 Pobediteley av.) INTERNET Free Wi Fi will be provided throughout the tournament (starting from March 7).
