Bio for Jessica Crytzer ACNP-BC, ARNP Jessica graduated from University of Kentucky in 1993 with a Bachelor s in Science degree in Biology. She worked in research for an Infectious Diseases physician doing protein chemistry and DNA sequencing. Fairly soon she returned to school and finished he Associate s Degree in Nursing from Lexington Community College in 1998. Initially she worked on a telemetry floor at Central Baptist Hospital for a year before going to the University of Kentucky Medical Center to work in the Cardiothoracic ICU. During the course of her tenure there she completed her Bachelor s in Nursing and Master s from the University of Kentucky. She became an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in 2004 and has since worked with a large variety of patient populations and in everything from a skilled nursing facility to small community hospital to a level I trauma center. Her interests have been very focused on cardiology and critical care medicine. Jessica has been a part of KentuckyOne since its inception when her practice, Cardiology Associates of Kentucky, became Saint Joseph Cardiology Associates in 2010.
