CPUC High Bay Lighting Market Effects Study - California s 2006 2008 commercial & industrial. Took the lead for finalizing the survey and for conducting interviews using Itron s CATI system, with contractors, distributors and end-users in California and for the comparison groups in Mississippi, Georgia, Alabama, and South Carolina. EM&V of 2006-2008 CA IOUs Small Commercial Energy Efficiency Programs. Project Manager of this multi-year study that involved telephone surveys, on-site data collection, pre and post metering, billing analysis, discrete choice, and engineering analyses. Assisted with the design of participant and non-participant surveys to verify measure installations and to support billing and NTG analyses.
