Sponsorships provide added value through presentation opportunities during the event. Business-to-business networking is provided through a pre-event vendor social. SPACE Each booth includes 8 backdrop and 3 sidewalls. Draping color is black. Booths are 8 x 8 and include one 6 table, covered and skirted, and 2 chairs. Extra tables are $25 each. Power may be purchased at any booth for $75 (power included with select sponsorships). Exhibitors are required to bring their own display items, table coverings, etc. Items may not be placed higher than the backdrop. If your display and/or activity includes liquids or anything else that could damage the carpet, please bring a floor covering. No food (other than candy) should be brought to be given out unless you are an approved food vendor. EXPO RULES & INFORMATION Participation in the Expo is available to both Chamber members and non-members. Non-members must pay the non-member booth price or take advantage of a Member Expo Package. Exhibitors may not share or sublet space. Set up is Monday, September 10, 2:00-5:00 pm or Tuesday, September 11, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. Exhibitors may utilize all the space within their booth, but may not set up in the walkway. Selling retail products at the Expo is prohibited except for food vendors. Solicitation by those who do not have a booth is prohibited. Individuals doing so will be asked to leave. Average attendance is estimated at more than 2,000. There will be a First Responders Lunch on Tuesday, September 11, from 12:00-1:30 pm. Vendors are invited to attend and help us recognize these valued community members. The cost is $20 per person. A Vendor Hospitality Suite will be set up in the presentation room on Tuesday, September 11, from 1:30-2:30 pm to facilitate networking between vendors. Drinks and snacks will be available. APPLICATION PROCESS Registration deadline is Friday, August 31, 2018. Registrations received after deadline will incur a $50 late fee. Payment must be submitted with registration form.
