Mrs. Wang has also contributing her knowledge and skills continuously in working with all ethnic groups, and benefiting the communities in diversity culture enrichments with great harmony. 3. Invited Speaker by US Senator Joseph Lieberman (Democrat) and Senator Lamar Alexander (Republican) to speak at the Capital Hill Press Conference of Unites States-China Cultural Engagement Act. 4. Established Toastmasters International Adults Speechcraft Program and Youth Leadership in Metro DC areas since 1991, have trained more than 30,000 Adults and Students in US and Aboard. 5. Terry Wang, DTM, the Founder and President of the New World Bilingual Institute (NWBI), and Leadership Council Leader for The State of Virginia and Fairfax County Corporate Extension., she was asked by Han Ban Director Ms. Yan, MeiHua of NOCFL (China's National Office for Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language) to assist and Establish Terry Wang was involved SAT II Chinese Test piloting Project, contributed to make it an official test in 1994. She has persuaded the FCPS established Chinese Language and has been successfully persuaded and initiated Chinese Language program in Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) High school in 1996. 6. She chaired the Association of Chinese Schools (ACS) Annual Conference at GMU, 1997. It successfully bridged Heritage and Mainstream with more than 1300 participants. She was also a

K-12 Curriculum Developer / Trainer-Instructor of Fairfax County Public School (FCPS) ACE/FLXS World Languages Experiences Chinese Program in year of 2000. Again, she has encouraged FCPS established the credited Chinese Immersion Program in elementary schools at 2005. Mrs. Wang s was asked as the representative for Chinese Language at Year of Language kick-off Opening Ceremony by US Department of Education; and ACTFL on January 13, 2005. All these programs became the model programs since. 7. Served as College Board AP (Advanced Placement) Coordinator and Certified Professional Founding AP Chinese Instructor since 2005; coordinated AP Chinese Summer Institute Professional AP Teachers Training Program at GMU, 2 Star Talk Summer Programs and Various Chinese Summer Institutes. In the same year, she has initiated and established and taught the AP Chinese Curriculum. All of her IB, AP Chinese Students have received top score 5 since AP Chinese Exam initiated in May of 2007. 8. She has received China International Cultural Exchange Contribution Award Annually, and over 150 other awards and honors for leadership excellence and contribution in Education, Humanity and Culture Exchange throughout the decades.
