Background: summits AIDD supported 9 regional summits in 2011-2012 focused on self-advocacy Funding for self-advocacy organizations is one of the priorities identified in those meetings

Group A Basics $5,000 grants for selfadvocacy organizations that have not yet filed for nonprofit status to help them grow and become stronger.
Group A Scope of Work Capacity Building the things an organization needs to do to grow and become stronger Pick things from this list to put in your application and promise to do with the money
Group A Application This is the list of all the things you must have in your application Cover Page Narrative Resumes Budget Budget Justification Letter of Commitment from your Partner
Group B The Basics $30,000 grants for selfadvocacy organizations that have filed for nonprofit status to help other selfadvocacy organizations grow and become stronger
Group B Scope of Work Technical Assistance the things that an organization provides to other organizations to help them grow and become stronger Pick things from this list to put in your application and promise to do with the money to help other organizations
