Buick Achievers Scholarship Program Info: The Buick Achievers Scholarship Program wants to reward students who have succeeded both inside and outside the classroom and who may not be able to attend college without financial assistance. It s a reward for what you ve made of yourself and the difference you are making for others. The JRF application is the vehicle through which more than 3,000 talented young minority high school students apply to become JRF Scholars and carry on the civic-mined legacy of the Foundation s namesake, Jackie Robinson. Criteria: Minority senior high school seniors who have a high level of academic achievement, financial need, leadership potential, are U.S. citizens and have been accepted to an accredited 4-year college or university.
