We are looking forward to an exciting celebration of dairy in Minnesota as we celebrate the past forty years of Minnesota Milk and focus on the future of our organization. Last year, we tried something new our new location at Treasure Island. Once again, we are returning to the Island and incorporating last year s feedback as we strive to improve the experience for attendees and vendors. A few ways we will accomplish this is by: 1. Incorporating entertainment during our first night. We are thrilled to announce that the Johnny Holm Band will kick off our celebration and recharge our audience with a fun filled show. 2. Including more dedicated tradeshow time. As we adapt to a new location with a facility that combines our speakers and tradeshow, we realize that time for you, our vendors, is critical we ve added more and longer breaks into the schedule. 3. Increasing foot-traffic! While we can t control the weather, we are trying something new to increase foot-traffic to your booth. We encourage your business to bring an item for the silent auction and display it in your booth. Not only does this support our scholarship fund, but also increases your interaction with dairy farmers. See page 11 for full details. Overall, we couldn t celebrate our dairy community without your involvement and support. We look forward to your participation in this year s event. 2
