Volusia County, Florida Hurricane Matthew Our team has supported Volusia County for many years and was available to assist prior Hurricane Matthew s landfall, and in the immediate aftermath Mobilized a team within hours and began the process of supporting debris removal monitoring and operations Grant management specialists assisted with FEMA project worksheets for reimbursement claims estimated at $30 Million PW s covered all categories of work, including improved projects, alternate projects, and 406 hazard mitigation Also providing Technical Assistance to the County in regards to other post-disaster federal grants including USDA, HUD, and FHWA-ER. 8

Richland County, South Carolina 1,000 Year Flood Tetra Tech assisted the County immediately after the flood to perform a comprehensive needs assessment of the County followed by a strategic analysis of available grant funds $26.5 million in HUD CDBG-DR grant funds was subsequently awarded to the County Tetra Tech assisted the County with preparation of an Action Plan that was approved by HUD in five days Our team provided comprehensive grant implementation services, including outreach, case management, and management of permanent home repairs, and economic development projects Repair of over 270 roads and bridges Well testing & disinfection program Debris removal Long-Term recovery workshops CDBG-DR management & oversight; HMGP grant applications 9
