One compliance check per month before the 15th of the month (Oct., Nov., Dec.) b. Groups of two, only those who are 21 or older can approach the counter c. Present cashier with red or green card as well as a letter for them to give to their manager d. Fill out a form when you get back in the car: name and lane number are really important! e. Email form to stacy@nebgrocery.com within 24 hours of completing the check! f. Tau Beta Pi gets money for doing this (around $300) that we can spend on food and other great things for our organization. 2. Eligibles Update a. Meet and Greet went well b. Currently 32 eligibles 3. Eligibles Event Participation - We would like actives to help with these events, especially if you can t help with Red Card Green Card. a. Vote - you must vote for TWO candidates you feel the most worthy! c. The winning three or four candidates will be sent back out to the general public for voting - please remember, this does not involve campaigning on their behalf from any Tau Beta Pi member! 4. Executive Position Descriptions a. Secretary: minutes, sign-in sheets, organizational things, project reports

New member educator/social chair: Kyle made a great document of all the stuff that you do and people are there to help you out with this position!, initiation and service/social events are the two big things (and food) c. Publicity chair: update website (don t need programming experience), Google calendar, conferencing with OMA members d. Treasurer: financial things - keeping track of budget and receipts/purchases, SOFS training, also interfaces with nationals e. Vice president: (first year VP, next year president), assisting president, mentoring program ENGR 10, attend national convention i. President coordinates meetings, makes agendas, leads initiation, make sure we submit things to nationals 5. Next General Chapter Meeting - Elections a. April 7th - 5:30 p.m. b.
