Chattooga County EMS Employees Retain All Current Employees of Chattooga County EMS Increase employees rate of pay to match the current Redmond EMS pay structure (based on years of experience) Pay Incentives Receive benefits immediately Will start employment with 48 hours of PTO and EIB equivalent with service Add Employees to Fulfill Need from Increase of Coverage and Services Additional Training Provided to Continually Improve Service Utilize Rank Structure for 24-Hour Accountability District Commander- Herbert Dodd Public Relations/Community Education- Christy Harris Captains/Lieutenants/Sergeants to be determined on interview
