Statements & Search Criteria Statements Mission Statement Our Mission is to join the Georgetown College faculty, student body, and alumni with our Georgetown/Scott County community to provide the experience of the performing arts to as wide an audience as possible. Spotlighting the best and brightest talent in our area; we educate, we enrich, we entertain. Background Statement Founded by Mrs. Carol Brannock in 2000 with the support of Dr. William Crouch, President of Georgetown College and the Georgetown College Council for the Performing Arts, Georgetown Community Theatre, formerly Maskrafters Community Theatre (MCT), has performed in numerous venues in the Scott County area and has produced critically acclaimed performances of Broadway musicals, dramatic plays, and original creations tailored for specific occasions. Impact Statement Our Mission is to join the Georgetown College faculty, student body, and alumni with our Georgetown/Scott County community to provide the experience of the performing arts to as wide an audience as possible.
