Director of Nursing for Long Term Care Facility Charge Nurse, RN Long Term Care Physical Therapist Occupational Therapist MSW for The DON must have experience in managing organization culture change, managing diverse and talented associates, directing an overall Nursing operation, and the ability to inspire and influence teams.
