Lighting Incentives T8s All 4ft T8 bulbs must be CEE certified Retrofit kits must include a spec sheet to confirm bulb is CEE qualified http://library.cee1.org/content/cee-high-performance-t8-specification
Lighting Incentives LEDs LEDs must be on one of the three Qualified Products List (QPL) Option 1: ENERGY STAR qualified fixtures and lamps list: www.energystar.gov The majority of products on Energy Star list are lamps or recessed can fixtures. Option 2: DesignLights Consortium s Commercial Fixtures qualified list: http://www.designlights.org/solidstate.about.qualifiedproductslist_publicv2.php The majority of products on this list are fixtures (interior or exterior) Option 3: Lighting Design Lab s LED Qualified Fixture and Tubular LED lamps list: http://www.lightingdesignlab.com/led-list/index.html This list uses the same ENERGY STAR qualification standards to obtain product certification, but is designed for a faster review and approval process (3 to 4 weeks). If your product is not on one of the first two lists above (option 1 or 2), check the LDL list.
Lighting Incentives Take Aways PPNs responsibility to check the CEE and QPL lists Submitted fixtures must be on the list before the project is approved Submitting spec sheets with specific model identified is mandatory We do incentivize replacing T12 fixtures PPEC automatically converts the baseline wattage to T8 equivalent Hours of operation used in the incentive calculation are determined by space type We do incentivize occupancy and daylighting controls through the PPEC LED cooler lights are incentivized through the standard application and not the PPEC Old fixtures must be completely removed to qualify for incentive
