Introduction about ICMA Pakistan 1951 with the objective to regulate and promote the profession of Management Accounting in Pakistan. By virtue of the authority vested in by the Act and Regulations, the Institute has been entrusted with the responsibility to provide education, examine competencies and confer internationally recognized post-graduate professional certification. Objective: Software Plan The Institute is looking for the services of an I.T firm having experience in website designing / application development to completely migration / revamp the institute website. The re-designed website should be responsive having professional theme, more informative, easy to navigate, improved graphical user interface, secure and easy to search contents. Scope of Project: Divided into two phases (Contract will be awarded separately): Phase 1 : Migration / Revamping of Website to New Professional Theme: Phase 2 : Development of Mobile Application to support Android/iPhone/Windows Migration of Website to New Professional Theme: Sample mock up of Institute Web site is developed in-house and available on following link: URL: http://www.icmap.com.pk/responsivewebsite/ 1. After review of Sample Website, submit 02 Mock ups (01 optimize design of sample Mock up and 01 proposed Mock up). 2. Develop standard structure of responsive design of approved Mock up. 3. Migrating of existing website static & dynamic pages to new responsive design. 4. Platform / Technology used: ASP.Net, C#, JS, JQuery, Ajax, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap 3.3. 5. Browser Support: Cross browser compatibility with all major browsers. Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan Administration Department, Head Office Terms & Conditions General Technical Pre-Qualification Requirements: 1. Once the website has been completed and accepted by institute, the website design and all of its contents, software (with source code) and architecture become the property of institute; 2. All source code is the property of institute and will remain in institute premises; 3. Working on dynamic pages to be done at Institute premises by deputing resource; Other Terms: 4. Firm must provide the following information in their proposals. The Institute reserves the rights to request additional clarifying information from prospective firm in addition to that included in the proposal submissions; 5. Provide the list of some websites links; 6. The participating organization should have relevant expertise and consulting experience; 7. The participation organization should have expertise to internally develop required interior designs professionally; 8. The organization should have its own team of professionals / Under One Roof Working Environment; 9. The organization should have at-least 5-years of professional experience in above-mentioned areas for working with reputable clients; 10. Mobilization Advance Guarantee - The selected Bidder will be required to submit 10% Performance Guarantee Bond of minimum AA Rated Bank will be required (If deemed required); 11. EOI should be submitted on ICMA Pakistan s prescribed format with stamp of the organization otherwise will be rejected; 12. The participating organization shall meet documentation requirement for Technical Evaluation; 13. Quotation / rates should be valid for three months from the date of opening of quotation and Institute will not be liable to amend work order due to any impact on inflationary impact on cost of assignments; 14. The quote / rates shall be inclusive of all taxes levied at that time and also any other taxes including GST if applicable that levied in future too, or time to time; 15. Incomplete / Conditional Tender / proposal or those received after deadline date and time will not be entertained; 16. To participate in Tender, it is necessary to meet above technical pre-qualification requirements; 17. The payment invoice including running invoices will be processed after completion / part-completion of work and its satisfaction certificate by concerned department / officer or otherwise it shall be specified in Financial Bid in accordance with agreement to be signed; 18. The payment will be made within 20 days after submission of invoice and receiving satisfaction certificate; 19. On completion of assignment, the selected organization will submit a letter of completion for the Institute s management to inspect to its satisfaction level and to issue completion certificate; 20. Selected bidder will be required to cooperate with the Institute to complete the assignment and sub-tasks within required days from the date of issuance of work order or any specified time mentioned in work order or to be specified from time to time with mutual consent to avoid penalty; 21. In case of Tax exemption, tax exemption certificate will be required along with Invoice; 22. EOI s documents with all requisite information shall be submitted on the prescribed format in sealed envelope marked as Technical Bid & Financial Bid to be submitted to addresses mentioned on title page; 23. The Terms of References (TORs) can be obtained during office timings between March 26, 2016 and April 11, 2016 from addresses/offices mentioned on title page;

24. The Terms of References (TORs) will be submitted by 3:00 pm on April 11, 2016 at the office addresses mentioned on title page. EOI submitted after deadline date and timings will not be considered; 25.
