This year, the Emmaus Commemorative Gardens Foundation is pleased to announce our 4 th annual bricks installation to honor our community heroes. The walkway is a perfect way to highlight our local Police, Ambulance and Firefighters by installing a brick in their honor. The ECGF expects to install several bricks during the dedication of the walkway on Thursday, September 6 at 5:00 p.m. After the brick installation and dedication, the celebration of our heroes continues at the Emmaus Public Library when the annual Community Heroes Day festivities runs from 6:00 p.m. until dark. Kids of all ages can climb on a fire truck, look inside an ambulance and sit in a police car. Bricks to honor Police Officers, Firefighters or Ambulance Corps members can be ordered and purchased at the Remembrance Garden website www.emmausremembers.org using a credit card or call Mike Waddell at 484-274-2089 for more information.
