Employment Connection Goal To present a system that provides the most effective and efficient workforce development services possible. The premise of the Employment Connection concept is that all partners provide the same types of services helping people gain employment or better employment. By putting these resources together, customers are able to have access to several of the workforce development services available in one location. The purpose of the services provided by Employment Connection is to reduce the transaction costs that businesses and job seekers experience when searching for qualified employees. The partners unite and create an intricate system of agencies, working together rather than competing with one another to better attract the attention and respect of the business community and create streamlined, efficient customer services.
