It offers a great opportunity to share insights, cases and knowledge with the attendees. That way your executives will become very familiar faces in the CFO community. We would like to organise a CFO Round Table - or another type of session - with you during each of these CFO Events. You company can join each event with 4 of her senior professionals. Afterwards we can organise a CFO dinner for an exclusive group of CFOs. The investment for a partnership is 175.000 ZAR per CFO event including your own session. We do our utmost to connect our target audience with potential partners, as to create added value for all members and partners of the community. All our events are turn-key and 100% customer centric. We take care of all logistics, planning, venues, locations, moderation and reporting. All you have to do is share your knowledge, start networking and build new business relations. We plan our CFO events to take place in the Saxon Boutique Hotel in Johannesburg or a similar venue. Your company will sponsor these events and take the stage to share their knowledge and experience with the CFOs. The goal of the event is to create brand awareness and create leads for new business. The event will be listed on CFO.co.za and interested CFOs and finance professionals can register for the events. Based on their company profile we will accept/ decline attendees for this exclusive event. Also, we will personally invite a group of CFOs to join us based on your business target list or wish list. Who would you like to meet? If possible, you can provide names and contact details. We do all the follow up calls, and personally approach all CFOs to get their enthusiasm, input and commitment to the event. We aim for a minimum of 50 participants for each event. The event will be covered by professional journalists and photographers, and a publication will be made to show your company s involvement in the community. During the event there will be several Round Tables for a small group of top CFOs and 1 or 2 Master Classes for a larger group of Financial professionals. All will be moderated by professionals to ensure a high quality discussion. During the network event we will ask an engaging speaker to deliver a speech on a relevant topic. 1

1.1 CFO EVENTS ROUND TABLE The CFO Round Table offers an opportunity for in-depth peer2peer conversations, and for sharing ideas and experiences with CFOs. A Round Table has 8 12 CFO s attending. The topic of conversation is well chosen to reflect the ideas and thought leadership of your company. The Round Table is facilitated/moderated to make sure the conversation keeps flowing. The size of the group ensures that all attendees will have enough speaking time. Two C-level participants from your company join the conversation, enhance their network and use the opportunity to show that your business is a true partner for the CFO. The investment for a CFO Round Table is 175.000 ZAR Find out first-hand about developments and opportunities at the CFO Event. Free of charge for CFOs and Finance Directors, we offer you the chance to meet and greet them while drinks and snacks are provided for. The Round Table Discussion taking place prior to the CFO Café is an exclusive gathering of CFOs and Finance Directors.During this formal session a number of CFOs by invitation only will share their thoughts on today s industry and current challenges. 2

1.2 CFO EVENTS MASTER CLASS The Master Classes are held for an audience of 25 50 financial professionals and CFOs. During the Master Class you can share new insights, cases, knowledge and ideas with the participants. A moderator will facilitate a group discussion. Ideally the Master Class starts with a short but interesting presentation of 20 minutes. Based on the presentation there will be a discussion based on several assertions or questions for the attendees. The Master Class ends with a summary of the discussion and lessons learned. Publications are shared via the website (2500 unique visitors/month), our bi-weekly newsletter (circulation 1000) and social media channels such as Twitter (5000 followers) and LinkedIn (3000 members).
