There is a new budget payment plan in place to ensure 2019 assessments are paid in full prior to January 31, 2019. Details are available within the 2019 Financial Plan and a postcard that was mailed in June/July. A copy of that postcard is also on page 2 of this newsletter for reference. Steeple Run Views JULY 2018 The postcard shown to the right was mailed to all residents last month. This postcard details important information regarding the email blast system and 2019 assessments. Steeple Run pool is now open for the season. Come see the newly remodeled lower level. The pool is open daily f rom 12 pm to 8 pm. Adult sw im is from 5p m t o 6p m each nig ht. As a reminder, everyone must have a current pool pass Adult Swim N ight is on August 25th from 8pm 10pm. Must be 21 or over to attend. Bring your rafts, drinks and enjoy a night at the pool. Please bring your own drinks, snacks will be provided. RSVP to the Clubhouse by 8/21. 2

From the Board Board Meeting Minutes: Actions taken by the SRCC Board Approved annual report. Approved 2019 plan and budget. Approved hiring of three additional lifeguards. Approved $1,325 quote from Luis Estrada for purchase of surveillance cameras and related equipment/labor for back of clubhouse/pool area. Approve $2,500 quote from V3 for assistance with next stage of permitting for pond project. Meeting minutes can be found at steeplerun.net. Meet the 2018 Pool Staff Adam Nyland - Manager - Illinois State University; Cyber Security major. Enjoys PC gaming, sneaker collector, craft beer tastings, writing, and reading. Eliana Ladas - Assistant Manager - Junior at Illinois State University I love to read and walk my fluffy puppy Stella. Zach Gjerde - Freshman at St. Francis High School I like to play basketball and volleyball in my free time. Troy Mitchell Senior at NNHS I am a goalie for the Lacrosse team and I like video games and fishing. Alana Pilml - Sophomore at NNHS I like to dive and am a member of the NNHS dive team. I also make and edit films. Alec Himmelblau - Freshman at Bradley University; Game Design major. I like to play a lot of video games hence the game design major in college. Jessica Ferrel - Sophomore at NNHS I like listening to music, singing, drawing, swimming, and photography. Sivaayan Sivaparan - Junior at NNHS I'm a member of the swim team, play tennis, spend time with friends & video games. Jack Barsley - Senior at NNHS I do gymnastics and I like to hang out with my friends as much as possible. Michael Gallego - Senior at NNHS I enjoy playing soccer and spending time with friends. George Ladas - Freshman at Bradley University; Engineering major. SELLING YOUR HOME? Paid Assessment Letters are Required to Sell Your Home When selling your home, please request a paid assessment letter at least five business days in advance of your closing. The cost of the paid assessment letter is $40.00. If you need it sooner, a $20 fee will be added. 3

2018 SWIM LESSONS Dates: Schedule Two * July 9 July 20 Times: 11:00 am 11:30 am 11:30 am 12:00 pm *Please only attend the time for which you are registered Fees: Toddler $50 Resident / $70 Non-Resident *Please make sure that your child is not afraid of the water and can separate from parent. Refunds will not be offered. Level 1 & Up $35 Resident / $55 Non-Resident Private Lessons $70 Residents Only Residents can sign up at the pool beginning May 26 th. GUEST POOL PASSES Residents wishing to purchase pool passes for guests may do so beginning May 26 th. Daily Pass = $3.00 Ten Pass* = $20.00 *Ten Pass expires 9/3/18 and does not carry forward to the next pool season. DELEGATION OF RIGHTS A current Delegation of Rights must be on file in the clubhouse for any renters wanting to use the pool or rent the clubhouse. These forms were mailed to the owners and need to be updated on an annual basis. No pool passes or clubhouse rentals will be issued to renters without a current form on file. BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR Kindly remember to leash and clean up after your dog. It is your social and legal responsibility. OBEY SPEED LIMITS Please be mindful of obeying speed limits when driving through the neighborhood. With school ending, kids will be out playing and extra caution should be used. BRUSH PICK UP Lisle Township Highway Department offers branch pick-up as a service. This program is intended to help homeowners dispose of limbs and branches that do NOT qualify as yard waste. If it is baggable, it is yard waste. Branch pick-up begins on the 1st Monday of these SIX months: May, June, July, August, September and October. Please have your bundles at curbside by 6:30 a.m. of the first day of pickup. Often it takes our crew three or more days to service the entire township. Therefore, your bundles may not get picked up until later in the week. Please abide by the following rules: - ALL branches must be cut in lengths of four (4) feet or less. - NO branches should be larger than four (4) inches in diameter. - ALL branches must be securely bundled with twine, string or other comparable material. Do not use wire or plastic, please. - EACH bundle should not exceed twenty-five (25) pounds in weight. If we do not pick up your brush, we will leave a red tag notice citing the reason. 4

Article 7.09 of the Steeple Run Declaration of Covenants: 7.09 Alteration of Dwelling Units: No Dwelling Unit Owner shall relocate, heighten, lower or otherwise move, change or construct any fence, wall or patio adjoining or adjacent to the "Common Area" unless consented thereto by the Board of Directors at a Special Meeting called for that purpose.
