The Settings Menu System General Settings General Settings Menu: DEVICE MENU: Provides an area to configure several available options on the Genesis Touch to include enabling the video functionality and Video icon located on the Home Screen. Touch Device to turn on Video.
The Settings Menu System General Settings Device Menu: By default the Video functionality is OFF when Genesis Touch is shipped from the factory. To enable Video Conferencing application, touch the Checkmark next to the Display Video Button selection in the Device Menu under General Settings. Enabling this option, turns on the VIDEO icon ON, on the main screen. If you don t see Video icon, on the main screen, this feature is OFF.

Care Provider Workflow Video Meeting Honeywell HomMed
Care Provider Workflow: Navigate to http://www.fuzemeeting.com/ and click the Login in the upper right corner of website to start a Fuze Meeting with a patient.
Care Provider Workflow: On the next screen the Care Provider is prompted to enter their Login information, user email address and password then click login.
Care Provider Workflow: The next step, Fuze Meeting will conduct a thorough scan of the PC and detect the capabilities of PC before launching video conference.
Care Provider Workflow: Once logged in, you will see the welcome screen where you will be able to start the video conference. Click on Start Now on the left hand side.
Care Provider Workflow: Next two options are provided: Schedule a future meeting, or Start a new meeting. We recommend Start New Meeting for a video with a patient.
Care Provider Workflow: On the meeting screen, Select Start Video Conf, and this will begin the VIDEO portion of the conference and will activate the WebCam.
Care Provider Workflow: On the PC, you must choose which method you will use for the AUDIO portion of the meeting. The recommended scenario, is that the Care Provider will call the patient directly over a phone line once they have initiated the web conference. In this case, you can just close this window. Care Provider Workflow: Next on the PC screen it will show Launching Plug-in as it loads the meeting application.

Care Provider Workflow: When the video conference has started you should see the Care Provider image on the right hand side via the webcam. In the upper left hand screen is a list of attendees. The care provider may be the only one listed. Now you may bring the patient on line for the video conference.
Care Provider Workflow: On this screen, the Care Provider will need to take note of the Meeting number displayed in the upper middle portion of the Video Conferencing Screen, as they will need to provide this number to the patient to launch the video conference on the Genesis Touch.

Genesis Touch TM - Patient Workflow: At this time, the Care Provider, will call the patient s home, and walk them through how to launch the video conference on the Genesis Touch monitor. Patient touches the Video Icon on the Home screen to launch the video session.
Genesis Touch TM - Patient Workflow: On the Genesis Touch screen, the patient will touch Join Meeting.
Genesis Touch TM - Patient Workflow: Next, the Care Provider will provide the patient with the Meeting Number and the patient will touch inside the Meeting Number area on the screen. When they do this, a keyboard will appear and allow them to enter the number. Once they have entered the number, they will also need to enter their Name in the next box, then select Next and then finally the Green Join Meeting button.
Genesis Touch TM - Patient Workflow: At this time, the patient will see a screen that tells them that the Care Provider has to approve them to enter the Fuze Meeting. At the same time, on the Care Provider s PC, a message will come up asking the Care Provider to Accept the patient into the meeting.
Genesis Touch TM - Patient Workflow: Once the Care Provider has accepted the patient, the patient will see the Fuze Meeting video conferencing screen, and an image of the Care Provider via the webcam. Have the patient, touch Cancel audio conference as they will be on the phone with care provider.
Genesis Touch TM - Patient Workflow: Have the patient touch Play (arrow key) in the bottom left to initiate the video portion for the patient. NOTE: icon at top of patients screen, with red dot means that the patients camera is OFF.
Genesis Touch TM - Patient Workflow: There are several display options for the patient: First option below, allows the viewing of content from the Care Provider (such as presentations, educational videos etc ) on the right hand side of the screen, and still allows the patient to view themselves, and the Care Provider s images on the left.
Genesis Touch TM - Patient Workflow: There are several display options for the patient: Second option is to display only the web camera images on a larger screen. To do this, have the patient Touch the 4 arrow icon in the top left area of the tablet screen. This will enlarge the video images to full size if desired.
Genesis Touch TM - Patient Workflow: There are several display options for the patient: Lastly, if the patient prefers to just view the Care Provider on the screen, they simply need to double tap/touch the screen, and they will have a large image of just the Care Provider. To go back to the two screen view, again double tap/touch the screen and it will revert back to two images.
Genesis Touch TM - Patient Workflow: When the video conference is over, the patient will need to touch the minimize view button (if they are still displaying the large ONE screen view). Then they would need to touch the Exit Meeting button, then answer YES to exit the meeting if prompted.
Genesis Touch TM - Patient Workflow: When the video meeting has properly exited, the patient will be returned to the Genesis Touch home screen as seen below.

Genesis Touch TM Optional Displays (Care Provider) This is an example of the view that the Care Provider will see when hosting a conference with multiple (3) attendees with the attendee list on the left side, and the video camera displays on the right side. Also note, the middle area can display content that can be shared with patients and attendees of the conference.
