Chest tube drainage systems was determined t be a higher-level nursing skill that mst likely was prematurely given during Med-Surg I. It was determined during a jint Medical-Surgical Nursing faculty meeting in Winter 2016 that this skills wuld be mved t Med-Surg III t crrespnd with the thery discussin f heart & lung surgeries.
