Business Office Accounting continues work on financial statements for JSCC, JSCCF, and 9 TCATs Business Manager, Lynne Rouse, attended Student A/R BPA on 7/26-27th. Director of Business Services participated in the Shared Services Finance Working group on July 26 th, August 2 nd, August 9 th, and August 16-17 th. Business Services had extended hours on Saturday August 5 th for JSCC open house and on August 16 th until 6pm for last day to pay. TCAT Chart of Account Decision workbooks were distributed to TCATs on 8/2/17 in preparation for Shared Service Conversion. First purge for the Fall registration ran 8/17 at 12:05am. Fall 2017 budget is $6,581,245. Tuition received as of 8/21/2017 is $5,899,951 for a variance of -$681,294. Fall 2016 ($6,086,889) compared to Fall 2017 ($5,899,951) indicates a variance of -$186,938. Environmental, Health & Safety Beginning the review and revisions of both the Emergency Management Guidelines and the Clery Report. Date for completion will be September 29 th. Working to complete TOSHA report. Will have back to them by August 24 th. Working to have the Arrive Alive Tour on campus. This is a virtual driving that has students/employees understand the consequences of texting and driving. Hope to have dates soon.

Sent various HR files to state. Completed baseline work for CRM Recruit Integration. Working to resolve a custom integration issue. Completed DegreeWorks 4.1.6 upgrade in PROD in support of Financial Aid CPOS project. Completed clone of new catalog to DegreeWorks for Academic Affairs. Attended TBR Enterprise Solution Manager (ESM) implementation workshop and prepared our local EMS application for Banner 9 upgrades. Attended (Webex) TBR Shared Services Data Migration Technical Mapping for TCAT Finance and HR data. Work on creating or modifying Argos reports for several departments on campus. Continue to update security for BANNER, BDMS, and Argos. Regular Activities Patched all Linux servers as of 08/15/2017. Installed Windows Server updates.

Page 3 Worked on Nutanix Implementation design document for new Hyperconverge technology. Worked with TBR on reverse DNS issue. Completed Occupational Therapy Program section of the online Heath Science Application. Made changes to the online Accuplacer testing signup system. Made changes to the online AAC Testing signup system (onlinetesting.jscc.edu). Worked with Apple to set up the Deployment Education Program. Worked with Aerohive to transfer our wireless system to the newest administrative platform. Set up computers at Dresden Educational Center after their remodel. Imaged new computers and set up new classrooms. Worked on windows deployment server issues. Made trips to all off campus centers to prepare for fall classes. Went to Paris and worked on computers to begin fall classes. Set up for Great Expectations sessions in the Gym throughout the summer on Fridays. Continue to work through work requests and phone calls as we receive them. Physical Plant Health Sciences Building Nelms newly renovated Biology wing is open. Dr. Coppings and staff are in the process of setting up the new lab space for classes. Nelms punch list items have been ordered and waiting for materials. Fleming is in the process of reviewing final documents for completion of the project. Completion is scheduled for 9/1/17. Print Shop/Mailroom No information for this reporting cycle.

Page 4 Purchasing Purchasing General Since the last status report in June, 83 new vendors have been added to the JSCC Banner vendor database, and 80 vendors have been revised. The Purchasing Director has sync d over 1500 current and new vendors between Banner and the Jaggaer (SciQuest) Total Supplier Management (TSM) module. Per TBR Purchasing, this sync process is required for the vendors to load properly into the new Banner MEP environment. 10 New Equipment Item were added to the Banner Fixed Asset Equipment Inventory (5 at JSCC + 5 at the TCAT s), and 4 current items were deleted from the TCAT s Fixed Asset Inventory. The Director of Purchasing met with Dan Morrow, the regional Staples Account Manager, on Wednesday, 8/09/17. Items discussed were: JSCC & TCAT Purchasing PO s and $ amount purchased during the past quarter. Mr. Morrow also explained that Staples has been purchased by a private equity group, so Staples is now a private company instead being publicly traded. Purchasing and OIT continue to participate in TBR conference calls to discuss the status of the SciQuest TSM (Total Supplier Management) Project. TSM is totally implemented and fully functional at JSCC These conference calls have now been reduced to one call per month instead of each week. 2 new JSCC users were entered into the Jaggaer/SciQuest database (1Approver & 1 Requestor). On May 10, 2017, there were 1447 open Purchase Orders (638 - JSCC + 809 - TCAT s); on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 there only 10 open Purchase Orders (7 - JSCC + 3 - TCAT s) that had to roll into FY 2018. 1437 PO s were closed during this time period. All JSCC SciQuest Requestors and the 8 TCAT s were informed that they could enter requisitions for new FY 2018 purchase orders at 2:00 pm on 7/06/17. During the first 5 weeks of FY 2018, we have issued 1,120 PO s (434 for JSCC + 686 for the TCAT s). The Director of Purchasing participated in the June TBR Council of Buyers Meeting (conference call) on 6/22/17. Items discussed were: TBR System Office reorganization, Fisical Review update, Accessibility requirements, General Liability Insurance Coverage, Jaggaer (SciQuest) updates, and upcoming strategic sourcing initiatives. The FY 2017 year-end accumulated depreciation runs for each of the 8 TCAT s were processed on 7/12/17.

Page 5 The FY 2017 year-end Fixed Asset Equipment Total Original Cost and Accumulated Depreciation summary reports for JSCC and the 8 TCAT s were completed and emailed to the JSCC Accounting staff on 7/14/17. All of the final Fixed Asset Equipment $ dollars (Total Original Cost and Accumulated Depreciation) matched exactly the $ dollars listed in Banner for JSCC and all 8 TCAT s. FY 2017 year-end Fixed Asset Equipment lists were updated and emailed to each of the 8 area TCAT s on 7/18/17. The TBR Contracts Report, listing all JSCC Contracts $5000 and greater, for the 4 th quarter of FY 2017 (April - June, 2017) was completed and emailed to the TBR Central Purchasing Office on 6/30/17. The TBR Diversity Report, listing all items purchased via competitive bidding, for the 4 th quarter of FY 2017 (April - June, 2017) for JSCC and the area 8 TCAT s was completed and emailed to the TBR Central Purchasing Office on 7/05/17. The TBR Small, Minority, Woman, and Disabled Veteran Owned Business Report for the 4 th quarter of FY 2017 (April - June, 2017) for JSCC and the area 8 TCAT s was completed and emailed to the TBR Central Purchasing Office on7/12/17. A copy of this report was also emailed to each TCAT. Contracts An agreement has been completed between JSCC and Leroy Somer Company. Per this agreement, JSCC will provide Skills Enhancement Training to Leroy Somer employees via the JSCC Workforce Development Dept. An agreement has been completed between JSCC and Snow Quality / Lean Business Solutions. Per this agreement, Snow Quality / Lean Business Solutions will teach the Skills Enhancement Training to Leroy Somer employees for JSCC. A Memorandum of Understanding has been completed between JSCC and the Memphis Veterans Center. Per this agreement, JSCC will provide counseling services to eligible veterans. A dual service agreement has been completed between JSCC and UT-Martin. Per this agreement, a JSCC athletic coach was an assistant at UT-Martin athletic camps this summer. A dual service agreement has been completed between JSCC and Pellissippi State Community College. Per this agreement, a JSCC Instructor participated in the Study Abroad program in Eastern Europe this summer.

Per this agreement, a TBI employee taught a Sociology course for JSCC during the summer term. A CISCO Regional Academy Agreement has been completed between JSCC and Northeast State Community College for FY 2018. A CISCO Regional Academy Agreement has been completed between JSCC and Riverside High School for FY 2018. A CISCO Regional Academy Agreement has been completed between JSCC and the University of Memphis for FY 2018. A clinical affiliation agreement has been completed between JSCC and Henry County Medical Center for the JSCC Respiratory Program. An Ellucian Order Form Agreement has been completed between JSCC and Ellucian for renewal of the eprocurement (Jaggaer/SciQuest) Banner Integration. An LGIP Contract has been completed between JSCC and the State of Tennessee Treasury Dept. Per this agreement, an LGIP Account will be setup for the JSCC Science Building HVAC Update Project. A clinical affiliation agreement has been completed between JSCC and Haywood County Ambulance Authority for the JSCC EMS Program. An agreement has been completed between JSCC and the Tennessee Clinical Placement Partnership (TCPP) for the JSCC Occupational Therapy Assistant Program. Per this agreement, the TCPP will provide assistance for JSCC OTA student clinical placements. An agreement has been completed between JSCC and On Course Inc. Per this agreement, On Course will provide Professional Development II Workshops to JSCC faculty and staff in August. An agreement has been completed between JSCC and YP Advertising. Per this agreement, YP will provide advertising services to JSCC in FY 2018. An agreement has been completed between JSCC and West Tennessee Rider Education Program (WTREP). Per this agreement WTREP will teach basic motorcycle rider safety classes for JSCC from July thru. December, 2017. An agreement has been completed between JSCC and Kool 103 Greatest Hits. Per this agreement, Kool 103 will provide advertising services to JSCC in FY 2018. An agreement has been completed between JSCC and Georgia Pacific. Per this agreement, GP will provide paper towel dispensers for the Health Science Building and renovation portion of the Classroom Building at no cost to JSCC. An agreement has been completed between JSCC and Shred-It Company. Per this agreement, Shred-it will pickup and shred documents on the JSCC Campus during FY 2018.
