Chronic Pain Self-Management Program The Chronic Pain Self-Management Program is a free six -session workshop. The workshop helps people living with chronic pain and their caregivers to better manage symptoms and activities of daily life. Participants receive the Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Pain companion book and the Moving Easy CD. Participants should attend all six sessions to get the maximum benefit.
