Why WIN? The Collision Repair Industry needs WIN: Women influence majority of the buying decisions in households What does the face of your business look like? Positioning your organization for growth Diversity Industry Sustainability Technician shortages & shrinking traditional labor pool

Who is WIN? A Not-for-Profit Organization (501c6) WIN is dedicated to encouraging, developing and cultivating opportunities to attract women to collision repair. WIN recognizes excellence, promotes leadership, and fosters a network specifically for and among women. All segments of the collision industry are a part of WIN. WIN is supported by our Sponsors WIN is powered by our members all volunteers

WIN s Purpose Education: WIN scholarship programs for students and professionals. WIN mentorship. Leadership: leadership development opportunities to build skills important for success. WIN board and WIN committee engagement. Networking: Women in the collision industry grow their networks and support through the WIN educational conference, industry events, industry panels, WIN webinars, and WIN Regional events. Recognition: For the contributions and achievements of women who are industry leaders. Example: WIN s Most Influential Women (MIW) award.
