Just in our case, we have got pollution clearance for TNPCB (consent to establish) further we have got ground water clearance form TN PWD for extract and transport ground water form another area for our factory. Even after getting this 2 clearance, our building plan approval has not been forwarded or issued NOC by panchayat staying that they have passed a resolution saying our factory will cause pollution and we will extract ground water there. We have been struggling for the past 2 years to get NOC for panchayat. After investing a huge sum of 7 cores in past 5 years and is stand still for the past 2 years in ready to run condition. We have incurred a loss of more than 2 cores just for a panchayat building clearance. Pls make sure at list hence forth no new investors should have such an hardship to establish a factory in nadu. Right now in TN panchayat act is above all other techniques bodyã â â s and acts Grievance redressal process has been defined in the Rules, and an applicant can raise the grievance through online single window portal. This shall be tracked by the Nodal Agency and decision on these grievances will be escalated to the Higher level committees mentioned in the Act, Rules. Additionally, Building Plan approval is covered under Deemed Approval in the proposed Act, Rules.
