Welcome Welcome to the 27th annual Chester County Science Research Competition! The Chester County Science Research Competition sponsored by the Chester County Intermediate Unit provides an opportunity for students to pursue inquiry-based science through problem solving, planning and conducting research investigations, and using appropriate tools to gather and analyze data. 3

If you forget to print... You will receive a confirmation email with all details. If your forget to print before submitting, print and attach the confirmation email to your paperwork. 16
School Coordinator Duties Start Provide leadership, share resources, and guide students and adults participating in science fair Establish an Institutional Review Board (IRB) in your school to review ALL human subject projects and any other potentially risky projects Goal Register your school for CCSRC by Nov. 6 Responsible for proper completion, approval, and submission of the ISEF paperwork and CCSRC registrations (electronic and hard copy) Submit ISEF forms to Science Review Committee (SRC) as required for specific experiments Leadership and guidance can vary in each school. Be sure to clearly define expectations from your colleagues, parents, students, etc. The more info you can post online or outside of your classroom, the easier it will be on you. 17
