Reliability, Maintainability and Availability Improvement Program There are three tasks associated with this program 1. R&M program administration 2. Idea generation and triage 3. Business case analysis Start-Up funding is via LRIP 7 annualized sustainment CLIN 901 para 24.2.1.2 The Contractor shall utilize existing decision support tools to facilitate the evaluation and implementation of alternative actions including the initiation of new/revised air system product designs that incorporate R&M/PHM improvements, manufacturing changes, training updates, sustainment process and performance-based logistics improvements TM1409-0107-12
