Outstanding Constitutions Motion 4: To invite the Oxfam Group to submit their Constitution prior to our next meeting on Wednesday 11 th March and defer discussion until then. 3.2. Petitions to Discipline Arif de Souza, Peter Chen, Tuna Cheung, Jessica, and Gloria leave the room at the request of the Chair. 4. Reports Each Club was asked to wait outside while the Committee discussed, representatives invited in one club at a time to present their point of view and answer questions from Committee, and then leave while the Committee deliberated. Japanese Club falsified attendance list, Secretary forgot to take it, took list of names, someone forged signatures. Motion 5: To uphold the petition to suspend Japanese Club s grants for 6 months under Regulation 6.1c. Chess Club provided lists with several people listed twice. Peter said the lists from the wrong weeks had been submitted together. Motion 6: To uphold the petition to place the Chess Club on probation for 6 months under Regulation 6.1c. Chinese Students and Scholars Association submitted lists with several names in the same handwriting. Late response to C&S Committee due to inability to access Gmail while in China owing to government blocked website. Asked members to come in prior to camp and sign attendance lists, rather than at event did not understand the process. Asked individuals to sign on behalf of three people. Motion 7: To uphold the petition to place the Chinese Students and Scholars Association on probation for 6 months under Regulation 6.1c. 4.1. Officers No report presented. 4.2. Committee

Due the Students Council continued failure to achieve a quorum, the Media Department s event may not be funded. While there is a meeting of the Council scheduled for today, it would assist the department knowing that their event is paid for Stephen urged the C&S Committee to assist the Media Department. Motion 58: To approve up to $500 from budget line Special Projects and Events to fund the Media Department s Fodder / Farrago launch party, to be reimbursed by the Students Council. 7.
