APPENDIX D LONDON ALLOWANCES PAYABLE TO SESSIONAL CHIROPODISTS (SEE SECTION 6) The following rates will apply from 1/4/2005: Inner London 4.70 per session plus five per cent of the sessional fee Outer London 3.33 per session plus five per cent of the sessional fee Fringe Zone 0.62p per session plus two and a half per cent of the sessional fee Extra territorially managed and contiguous units 1.34 per session plus the percentage of the sessional fee Appropriate to the health district in which the unit is situated It should be noted that the percentage addition is only applicable to sessional fee and not treatment fees
