A Winning Season PR Rams capped off an undefeated season with a PIAA Championship Game win at Hersheypark Stadium on Saturday, December 9, 2017! Congratulations to the football team and the band on a stellar season!
Spring Band Trip Williamsburg/Norfolk NATO Parade Friday, April 27 through Sunday, April 29 Final Payment due on March 5, 2018. Approximately 200 students going on the trip. See band website for additional details and itinerary. PRBB contribution from trip fundraising to be determined after spring raffle sales and prior to final payment due date.

Treasurer s Report PRBB Bank Account Balance $98,115 as of January 31, 2018. Band cash $89,187 and Dance Team cash $8,928. PRBB has netted approx. $13,521 to date from various trip fundraisers: Fall Raffle $ 9,418 Stromboli $ 2,385 Pie Sale $1,293 Pierogi Sale $ 425 Spring Raffle $TBD Table 86 Hines Ward Fundraiser $ 190. PRBB has received all payments for the trip fundraisers except the Spring raffle. The trip credit per student will be calculated once the Spring raffle is complete. The credit will be applied toward the final contribution due from each student. The amount the PRBB will contribute toward the trip for chaperones and students will also be determined after the Spring Raffle is complete. The final contribution due per student will be announced in early March 2018.

Emporio Meatball Joint Fundraiser Thursday, February 8, 2018 Enjoy A Night Out While Supporting the Band! Plan to join us at Emporio Meatball Joint in the Village of Pine to raise funds for band. Check website or emails for event details and don t forget to bring your coupon to benefit the band!
2018 Spring March Madness & and Cash Raffle Prize Package includes 2 All Session six-game ticket packages to 2018 NCAA basketball first and second rounds, plus $200 cash. To calculate trip benefit contribution, fundraiser has to be wrapped up before the final spring trip payment is due in early March. Tickets will go quickly. All stubs and payment are due no later than Monday, February 26. Raffle tickets are being printed and will be here soon. You can request tickets (10 tickets per book, $5 per ticket) now from Christine Plaza at cplazapa@gmail.com. As soon as tickets arrive, Christine will deliver the requested tickets to Mr. Scott for distribution during band class. Be certain to remind your student to pick them up. Cash or checks payable to "PRBB accepted. There is no limit on the number of tickets a single family can sell, as long as tickets do not go unsold.
Rewards Program Keep collecting your Cranberry and Wexford Chick-fil-A receipts and sending them into the Band Box! Receipts from the new Chick-fil-A in Pine Township are now also valid, since it is under the same ownership. Have accrued earnings $983.12 in free food to date. Due to construction, unable to use credit for Senior Night or Winter Concert. Will be used at a later date.

2018-2019 PRBB Board Election Slate of Nominated Officers President Lisa Gaffey Vice President Noel Goldberg Treasurer Beth Farbacher Secretary Lori Jones Per PRBB Bylaws, since there is only one person nominated per position, there is no need for a ballot election. Nominations will become official at the next PRBB meeting on March 5, 2018.
