II V controlled substance for fraudulent, illegal, or medically inappropriate purposes. Nonresidential officebased opiate treatment facilities shall query the PMP upon every visit of the patient with a program physician. Requires medical director of pain management clinic to query the PMP at a minimum upon each new admission and once every six months thereafter.
