System Security The My Health Record system has bank-strength security features. These include strong encryption, firewalls, secure login/authentication and audit logging. Access to the system occurs via the mygov portal which is the same portal used to access ATO and Centrelink services. The information stored in the My Health Record system is stored securely in Australia To date, there have been no identified instances of malicious attacks.
