Knowledge, Competencies & Skills Essential Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team. Demonstrated skills in area of speciality (aged care). Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Computer skills. Commitment to Continuous Quality Improvement Activities and an understanding of the National Standards Accreditation Process. Experience in development and review of Standards of Practice. Ability to translate evidence/research findings into best practice. Ability to deliver presentations and educational sessions. Desirable Previous experience working on an ACAT or in an aged care setting. Education, Qualifications & Special Training Essential Current registration with AHPRA Appropriate qualifications and minimum of 12 months experience in relevant clinical field. Work Experience Minimum 12 mths registration experience in specialty area. Experience in supervision and support of other staff and students in the work place setting.
