The resolution was not promulgated in a NEWSLETTER. The resolution is shown below. NOV 12-7 12 NOVEMBER 2012 NGOR BASELINE SUMMARY Announced the release of MIL-PRF- 32070A. It contains those requirements that are common to the DoD TPS community. It updates MIL-PRF-32070 which was released in January 2002. To advise that the Contractor, not the Government, shall assign the prefix letters. To comply with Assistant Secretary for Defense memo relative to IMS Attachment 8 was revised and updated to be more useful. To identify that the Support Equipment Management System (SEMS) data base should be used in lieu of the cancelled NAVAIR 16-1-525, Preferred Avionics Common Support Equipment Over the years, the TMCR information evolved to where it became specific to the Offload Program. The purpose of this action to make the information more generic. Attachment 2 has been revised to eliminate duplications between the new MIL-PRF-32070A and the current Attachment 2, A 2012 baseline NAVAIR Generic OTPS Request for Proposal (NGOR), aka Red Team package, is available on the Home Page of the DoD Automatic Test Systems Executive Directorate (http://www.acq.osd.mil/ats). 5
